Well, it was a whirlwind to the end of the year and we are finally recovering and finding time to wish everyone a happy new year and thank everyone who supported Motovelo Coffee in our inaugural few months at the end of 2023.
We had a bit of a mad rush heading into December, but were grateful and enjoyed every minute of perfecting each roast for all of our Motovelo customers. Somehow through it all, we managed to make a multitude of improvements to our roasting process, website, and even managed to sneak in a few motorcycle and bicycle rides.
We upgraded our roaster to the incredible, compact, but efficient Aillio Bullet which has helped us increase our roast capacity and given us even more levers for developing the perfect roast. We spent much of the downtime after the December rush porting our recipes to the new machine and honing in the same delicious roasts our customers have come to love - and some have come out even more delicious!
Getting out on the motorcycle and bicycle, stopping for a warm cup of coffee, while enjoying quality time with friends and family was the best way to celebrate the end of year and indulge in the passions that brought Motovelo Coffee to fruition.
We are so grateful for all of the support we have received so far and are really looking forward to exciting big things in 2024.
