OmizuTomo Privacy Statement

OmizuTomo is a hydration reminder app for Apple Watch and iPhone. Your privacy matters to us, and the simplest way we protect it is by not collecting anything.

No Data Is Collected

OmizuTomo does not collect, transmit, store, or have access to any personal data, health data, or usage data. We have no servers, no analytics, and no way to see how you use the app.

How Your Data Is Stored

All hydration tracking data (drink logs, reminder settings, and preferences) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device except to sync between your own iPhone and Apple Watch.

Device-to-Device Sync

If you use both the iPhone and Apple Watch apps, your data syncs directly between your own devices using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. This sync happens device-to-device only — it does not pass through our servers or any third party, because we don't have any.

Notifications

OmizuTomo uses Apple's UNUserNotificationCenter to send local hydration reminders. These notifications are generated and scheduled entirely on your device. No notification content or scheduling data is sent to us or anyone else.

No Accounts, No Third Parties

OmizuTomo does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app. The app does not include any third-party libraries, SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising frameworks of any kind.

Children's Privacy

Because OmizuTomo does not collect any data from any user, the app does not knowingly or unknowingly collect information from children or from users of any age.

Data Deletion

Since no data is ever transmitted to us, there is nothing for us to delete. To remove all app data, simply delete the app from your device(s).

Changes to This Policy

If this policy ever changes — for example, if we add a feature that involves data collection in the future — we will update this page and revise the effective date above before that feature ships.
